Royal Racks Incubator's are designed to hold 10 x 9 Litre Really Useful Box's or 15 x 5 Litre Really Useful Box's. Each shelf slides forwards to allow easy removal of each box containing your Eggs. Designed to allow Airflow around each box, and maintaining equal Tempretures on each level. A fan is included to maximise equal Tempreture.

 

Made in Aluminium to reduce the weight without reducing the strenght and integrity of the unit. Powder coated Black to give a clean, sleek look. A double glazed door panel for clear viewablity and insulation.

With a Habistat pulse proportional thermostat is ideal for controlling higher power ceramic heaters and for heat mats, where constant warmth and not an On/ off cycle is required. The function of this thermostat is far more sophisticated than the simpler on/off switching devices. It will very accurately control heaters and has a maximum load of 600 watts. A normal thermostat switches a heater on full power until the set temperature is achieved. It then switches the heater off completely until the temperature drops below the set value, when the cycle starts over again. The gap between the heater being switched on and then off is called hysteresis. It is between these points that the accuracy of the controller is assessed. The pulse proportional thermostat pulses electricity to the heater all the time, resulting in constant and very accurately managed warmth.

Suitable for most heaters and will provide a continual temperature rather than a hot / cold cycle. Separate setting of daytime temperature and night time temperature. Continual readout of current temperature and time. Revolutionary Power Meter continually indicates % of power at the heater. Coloured Icon flashes to indicate function presently in use. Separate timed circuit to turn separate heaters, lighting fans or spray systems on twice and off twice in a 24 hour period. Waterproof, 3 metre long, low voltage sensor. Adjustable alarm function to give visual and audible warning when temperature goes above or below set temperature parameters. Alarm can be disabled if not required. Both upper and lower temperature limits can be set. Comes with preset parameters , so can just be plugged in and used if required. 

Will not loose memory settings if power is disconnected. Measures to 0.1°c. Easy to set and use. Maximum 600 watts.
